#recipe of the month: Russian Pancakes

ENG: Hi guys! Today I'm gonna share with you a recipe of traditional Russian pancakes, or 'blins'. Actually there are so many ways of cooking them thank you can't even imagine. I got used to this one and, I swear by everything, if you follow the instructions and do everything in a proper way, you'll get amazingly delicious pancakes! They're really quick in cooking so you can easily make them in the morning for breakfast of as a lunch with different fillings. So... let's start!
Ingredients:
0.5 liters of milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
200-250 gram of flour
0.5 liters of boiling water
Mix thoroughly milk, eggs, butter, sugar, salt and baking soda;
add flour into finished mix (add it bit by bit in order to avoid the formation of lumps) and mix everything up;
in this homogeneous mass, add 0.5 liter of boiling water.
Now, as the mass turned out to be too liquid, add more or less 200 grams of flour (but pay attention!) that the mass hasn't to be too dense and thick (it should be like at the time of the addition of boiling water)
Bake pancakes on a dry frying pan, pouring the dough with a thin layer. As soon as the edges turn a bit brown - gently flip the pancake. Roast it for another minute and carefully remove from the pan.
Now, you can serve it eather with sweet or "more serious" filling like meat or cheese. I prefer sweet pancakes so I used chocolate cream (like Nutella) and berry jam.

0,5 litri di latte
1 uova
3 cucchiai di olio d'oliva
1 cucchiaio di zucchero
1 cucchiaino di bicarbonato di sodio
1 cucchiaino di sale
Farina di 200-250 grammi
0,5 litri di acqua bollente
Mescolare accuratamente il latte, le uova, il burro, lo zucchero, il sale e il bicarbonato;
aggiungere la farina (aggiungetela poco per poco per evitare la formazione di grumi)
in questa massa omogenea aggiungere mezzo litro di acqua bollente.
Siccome in questo caso la massa è troppo liquida, aggiungete più o meno di 200 grammi di farina (ma fate attenzione!) perchè la massa non deve essere troppo spessa e densa (deve essere più o meno com'era prima di aggiunta di acqua);
