ENG: Hi guys! So today I'm gonna share with you another recipe (I shoul do it more often I think...) of this gorgeous and super tasty cinnamon apple pie. I used to cook a classic Apple Pie following this recipe but once I thought - why not add some cinnamon? I'm craaaazzy about it and in my opinion it can make any dish better and more tasty. My experiment turned out into an extremely delicious pie, but if you dislike cinnamon - you can just not add it and cook a simple, but not less delicious apple-y version of it - it's totally up to you!

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1/2 glass of milk

1/2 bags of baking soda

180-200 grams of sugar

2-3 cups of flour

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 teaspoons of cinnamon

2 medium apples

Preparing:

break eggs;

add 1/2 cup of milk, baking powder;

mix everything well to homogeneous mass;

add sugar, oil, and once again mix everytinhg well.

Start adding gradually the flour, stirring constantly to avoid forming lumps;

add cinnamon, stir again.

The dough should be a little thicker than sour cream.

Cut apples into slices (you can also not peel them off - it's totally up to you);

Grease your with butter and sprinkle with flour;

shake off  the excess of flour from the form and pour the dough inside.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Pour the the dough into the form and put apples into the batter.

Put your cake into the oven and bake it at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes

You can check the readiness with a toothpick in the center of the cake.

Preparazione:

rompere le uova;

aggiungere mezzo bicchiere di latte elievito in polvere;

sbattere bene affinchè l'impasto diventa omogeneo.

Aggiungere lo zucchero,l'olio, e ancora una volta mescoliamo tutto bene.

Aggiungere poco a poco la farina, mescolando continuamente per evitare la formazione dei grumi.

Aggiungere la cannella, mescolate di nuovo

l'impasto deve essere un po più spesso di panna.

Le mele tagliate a fettine

Lubrificare la forma col burro e aggiungere un po' di farina con farina sopra.

Scrollare la farina in eccesso dalla forma e versate l'impasto dentro.

Preriscaldare il forno a 180 gradi.

Versare l'impasto e mettere le fettine di mele nell'impasto.

Mettere la torta nel forno e cuocere a 180 gradi per circa 30-40 minuti.

È possibile controllare la prontezza della torta con uno stuzzicadento messo al centro della torta.

Ingredients:

0.5 liters of milk

1 egg

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon of salt

200-250 gram of flour

0.5 liters of boiling water

Preparation:

Mix  thoroughly milk, eggs, butter, sugar, salt and baking soda;

add flour into finished mix (add it bit by bit in order to avoid the formation of lumps) and mix everything up;

in this homogeneous mass, add 0.5 liter of boiling water.

Now, as the mass turned out to be too liquid, add more or less 200 grams of flour (but pay attention!) that the mass hasn't to be too dense and thick (it should be like at the time of the addition of boiling water)

Bake pancakes on a dry frying pan, pouring the dough with a thin layer. As soon as  the edges turn a bit brown - gently flip the pancake. Roast it for another minute and carefully remove from the pan.

Now, you can serve it eather with sweet or "more serious" filling like meat or cheese. I prefer sweet pancakes so I used chocolate cream (like Nutella) and berry jam.

IT: Ciao ragazzi! Oggi  vorrei condividere con voi una ricetta di crepes tradizionali russi, o cosidetti 'Blins'. In realtà ci sono tantissimi modi per cucinarli che non potete nemmeno immaginare. Mi sono abituata a questo e vi giuro che, se seguite tutte le istruzioni e fate tutto in modo corretto, otterrete incredibilmente i crepes deliziose! Sono molto veloci e quindi potete facilmente farli la mattina per la colazione come un pranzo con diversi ripieni. Cominciamo!

Ingredienti:

0,5 litri di latte

1 uova

3 cucchiai di olio d'oliva

 1 cucchiaio di zucchero

1 cucchiaino di bicarbonato di sodio

1 cucchiaino di sale

Farina di 200-250 grammi

0,5 litri di acqua bollente

Preparazione:

Mescolare accuratamente il latte, le uova, il burro, lo zucchero, il sale e il bicarbonato;

aggiungere la farina (aggiungetela poco per poco per evitare la formazione di grumi)

in questa massa omogenea aggiungere mezzo litro di acqua bollente.

Siccome in questo caso la massa è troppo liquida, aggiungete più o meno di 200 grammi di farina (ma fate attenzione!) perchè la massa non deve essere troppo spessa e densa (deve essere più o meno com'era prima di aggiunta di acqua);

cuocetele in una padella asciutta, versando l'impasto con un sottile strato. Non appena i bordi diventano un po' marroni - capovolgete delicatamente il pancake. Cuocetelo quindi per un altro minuto e rimuovetelo attentamente dalla padella.
