Easy Vacations: 10 helpful tips & tricks.

ENG: Going to travel? Planning a vacation? Well, it's always a good idea to brighten your daily life exploring a new place and new cultures. But how to make your flight, staying and whole vacation perfect, tirednessless and happy? Here I'm going to share with you guys some useful and helpful tips.

1. Use Airbnb to search for a place to stay in. Here you can contact directly with owners of flats or b&b's and find veeeery attractive prices.

2. Create you own playlist on Soundclour or Spotify that will follow you in any of your adventures!

3. While in the plane, drink a lot, to avoid dehydratation.

4. During a long flight, be sure to have some chewing gums with you... You never know.

5. Be sure to have a portable battery charger for your smartphone, cause it's not always easy to find a place to charge it in an airport or airplane.

6. If you wear contact lenses, be sure to took them off before a flight. Plane's dehydratation might make your eyes feel incredibly uncomfortable.

7. To find low prices for flights, use the website Skyscanner

8. Save some maps on Google Maps offline so that you'll not spend your internet and money on trip.

9. If you're a student, make an ISIC card for you - this is the International Student's Card that gives you a lot of discounts in museums, hostels or restaurants in any part of the world!

10. Plan your outfits. In order to not to bring useless clother and accessories with you, plan your daily outfits beforehead and put in your suitcase only necessary stuff.

Ma come si puo migliorare il tuo volo, soggiorno e la vacanza in generale facendola perfetta, felice e senza stress? Oggi vorrei condividere con voi dei consigli e segreti utili per un viaggio.

1. Utilizzate Airbnb per trovare il posto dove vivere. Li potete contattare direttamente il proprietario del b&b o un appartamento e trovare dei prezzi davvero convenienti.

2. Create un vostro playlist su Spotify o Soundloud che vi accompagnerà durante tutte le voswtre avventure.

3. Mentre state nell'aereo, cercate di bere tanto per evitare disidratazione.

4. Durante un volo lungo, procuratevi delle gomme da masticare... Non si sa mai.

5. Assicurarevi di aver portato una caricabatterie portatile per il vostro smartphone, perchè non è sempre possibile trovare un posto dove potete caricarlo nel aeroporto o aereo.

6. Se indossate le lenti a contatto, toglieteli prima del volo. La disidratazione nell'aereo può creare le sensazioni davvero fastidiosi per vostri occhi.

7. Per trovare biglietti economici per gli aerei, utilizzate il sito Skyscanner.

8. Salvate delle mappe offline su Google Maps per evitare di spendere traffico dell'internet e i soldi sul cellulare.

9. Se sei uno studente scolastico o universitario, procurati la carta internazionale dello studente, o ISIC. Essa ti permette di avere dei sconti sui musei, hostel, o ristoranti in tutto il mondo!

10. Pianifica in anticipo i tuoi outfit, per evitare di portare la roba e gli accessori inutili ed appesantire la valigia.

Thank god it's summer!

ENG: I honestly couldn't wait summer to arrive. Now, as I step on the hot sand of the local beach and smell the taste of the sea, I can't believe it's here. I can feel it with every cell of myself, and I realize how damn much have I changed this year.

Anyway, today I'd like to share with you guys some tips how to start this summer in the best of ways. Are you ready?

To start with, you should plan the summer. I mean, I'm not forcing you to live by plan, cause it's always important to leave things flow and just happen by chance. But, let's admit - having a strickt plan in front of your eyes would help you to keep everything in mind and get the things you want.

Obviously, how a girl can start the summer properly without some newbies? Go stricktly to the shop and buy yourself the thing you've been wanting for so long. Heels, bad, dress... whatever! The only condition is: it's gotta be summer-like and unusual.

Finally, summer - is the best reason to make your health better. There are plenty of fruits and vegetables around - so throw away 'heavy' foods like chocolate or cakes and point on light, natural and colorful goods. Trust me, your body will thank you.

Anything else? Well, leave me a comment saying what's your own way to start the summer! Meanwhile, I'm gonna eat some watermelon,,,the third time today.

IT: Onestamente, non vedevo l'ora che arrivi l'estate. Ora, quando passo pe la sabbia calsiddima ed odoro il sapore di mare, non credo che l'estate sia arrivato. Posso sentirlo con ogni cellula del mio corpo, e in momenti cosi mi rendo conto di come sono cambiata ultimamente.

In ogni caso, oggi vorrei condividere con voi dei suggerimenti su come iniziare l'estate nel migliore dei modi. Siete pronti?..

Vorrei iniziare con il fatto che dovreste creare il piano d'estate. Cioè, non è che vi forzo di vivere seguendo un piano preciso, perche comunque è importante lasciar andare le cose, però ammettiamolo - avendo un piano davanti agli occhi vi potrebbe aiutare nel tenere tutto sotto controllo ed ottenere le cose che desiderate.

Ovviamente, com'è che una ragazza può iniziare l'estate senza comprarsi delle cosine nuove? Andate direttamente a fare shopping e compratevi le cose di cui sognavate da tanto. Tacchi, borsetta, vestito...qualunque cosa! L'unica condizione è che questa deve essere estiva ed originale.

L'estate - è il motivo perfetto per migliorare la vostra salute. Ormai c'è tantissima frutta e verddira quindi rinunciate a tutti cibi 'pesanti' tipo cioccolata o torte e puntate sui cibi leggeri, naturali e colorati. Il vostro corpo vi ringrazierà, fidatevi.

Travel Notes: Positano

ENG: Positano - this is one of the few cities that looks better in real life than on postcards and saturated photographs. It seems that this city is never 'gray' and ordinary, and even in winter, it is full of colors, life and the sun shines brightly.

One of the most important things you should know about Positano - there are very (very very very!) many stairs. If you are going on vacation here, get ready to walk a lot, up and down. What amazes me in Italy, is the fact that even older people here are so full of energy that they are ready to overcome kilometers to city center on foot, they travel little by car, and the inhabitants of cities such as Amalfi or Positano, are simply heroes in my eyes! (maybe, this is why there're no gyms there...)

Despite the fact that at the center of a lot of tourists (be prepared to overcome the traffic jams on the streets!), just climbing on a pair of stairs, you find yourself in a more distant but no less beautiful part of Positano, where you can see the whole city from the high. There are not so many tourists and more relaxed atmosphere.

However, one thing to notice - it's a bit more expensive than Amalfi or Salerno.

Summing up, Positano is definetely the 'must-visit' place of the summer. From the first moment you'll fall in love with its beauty, nature, sun, colors and people!

IT: Positano - è una delle poche città che sembra meglio nella vita reale che su cartoline e fotografie saturi. Sembra che questa città non sia mai 'grigia' e ordinaria, e anche in inverno è piena di colori, dellala vita e il sole splende ogni giorno.

Una delle cose più importanti che dovete sapere su Positano - ci sono molte (ma molte molte molte!) scale. Se andate in vacanza qui, preparatevi a camminare tanto, su e giù. Quello che mi stupisce in Italia, è il fatto che anche le persone anziane sono così pieni di energia che sono pronti a superare chilometri per arrivare al centro della città a piedi, in generale essi viaggiano poco in auto, e gli abitanti di città come Amalfi o Positano, sono semplicemente eroi nei miei occhi! (forse, per questo non ci sono palestre li...)

Nonostante il fatto che al centro ci sono moltissimi turisti (preparatevi a superare il traffico sulle strade!), solo salendo su un paio di scale, ci si puo trovare in una zona più distante, ma non meno bella di Positano, dove si può vedere tutta la città dall'alto. Non ci sono così tanti turisti e l'atmosfera è più rilassata.

L'unica cosa da notare è che Poritana è un po' più cara rispetto ad Amalfi o Salerno.

Riassumendo, Positano è sicuramente un luogo 'da visitare' quest'estate. Dal primo momento vi innamorerete della sua bellezza, la natura, il sole, i colori e la gente!

10 main rules of healthy nutrition.

ENG: I don't know if you know, but I've recently created a Russian YouTube channel where I share my life and some notions throughout videos. It's such a lovely thing, but as I make vids in Russian, I thought it would interest you to know what am I talking about (unless you know Russian), and I decided to share it down here. In English and in Italian. So... This post is about 10 vital rules of healthy nutrition. I think, it would interest lots of you as the healthy lifestyle is really important nowadays and I know something about it. So... Let's begin :)

1. Drink water.

You do not have to drink 2 liters of water a day, according to the Internet. This, of course, very important to drink a lot, but listen to your body and do not drink more than you want.

2. Have breakfast.

Breakfast - a fundamental meal as it starts metabolism and gives energy for the whole day

3. Eat in accordance to your lifestyle.

If you lead an active lifestyle, you certainly can afford sest more. However, if you lead a sedentary life, it is better not obedatsya otherwise unnecessary calories into fat necessarily postponed.

4. Move!

Movement - that's life. so move as many points as you can! Exercise, or often go, or dance, or jump on a skipping rope ... anything, just move!

5. Listen to your body.

IT: Non so se lo sapete, ma recentemente ho creato un canale russo YouTube dove condivido la mia vita e alcune nozioni attraverso i video. E' una cosa bellissima, ma siccome faccio video in russo, ho pensato che svi potrebbero interessare le cose di cui racconto (a meno che non sapete il russo...), e ho deciso di condividere cualcosa anche qui. In inglese e in italiano. Quindi... In questo post vi parlo di 10 regole fondamentali di una sana alimentazione. Penso che sarebbe utile per molti di voi visto che lo stile di vita sano è molto importante al giorno d'oggi ed io ne so qualcosa. Quindi... Cominciamo :)

1. Bere acqua.

Non dovete, secondo Internet, per forza bere 2 litri di acqua al giorno. Questo, naturalmente, è molto importante , ma ascoltate il vostro corpo e non bevete più di quanto desiderate.

2. Fate la colazione

La colazione è un pasto fondamentale in quanto accellera il metabolismo e dà energia per tutta la giornata.

3. Mangiate secondo il vostro stile di vita.

Se conducete una vita attiva, potete certamente permettersi di mangiare un po' di più. Inve, se conducete una vita sedentaria, è meglio non abbuffarsi, altrimenti le calorie inutili saranno "conservati" sotto forma di grasso.

4. Muoversi!

Movimento è la vita, quindi fate l'attivita fisica! Gli esercizi fisici semplici, o camminare a passo veoce, o ballare o saltare su una corda... qualsiasi cosa preferite, ma state sempre in movimento!

5. Ascolta il tuo corpo.

Letteralmente. E' meglio sapere che cosa DAVVERO vi serve. Tanta fame? Mangiare. Non volete mangiare? Non sforzatevi. Imparate a vivere in armonia con il vostro corpo e capite cosa ha bisogno, siate in grado di distinguere quando siete veramente affamati, e quando "ci si sente di voler mangiare un qualcosa di dolce dopo pranzo!"

6. Vietatevi il cibo inutile.

Ho rifiutato gli alimenti come: tutto fritto sull'olio, cioccolato al latte, bevande dolci, fast food. Semplicemente perchè non sono necessari per il nostro corpo, e senza di loro è perfettamente possibile sopravvivere.

7. Mangiate separatamente.

Carboidrati non si combinano con le proteine, per esempio. Quindi, mangiare separatamente, non affaticare lo stomaco, e vi sentirete meglio e più leggeri.

8. I carboidrati sono ammessi...

...ma solo la mattina. Anche se volete mangiare carboidrati "inutili" - mangiateli al mattino. Questa energia il corpo utilizza dirante la giornata e non si conserverà nel posto "sbagliato" nel nostro corpo.

9. Creare alcune abitudini di vita.

Ad esempio io, per pigrizia, non vado pazza per lo sport, ma ho sviluppato l'abitudine di fare degli esercizi di mattina cosi sentono più energica durante tutta la giornata. Inoltre, bevo 1-2 bicchiere d'acqua prima della colazione. Mi alzo sempre presto, ed è un'abitudine che ho guadagnato in un lungo periodo di tempo ed è improbabile che le rinuncerò.

10. Essere sempre motivati.

Le persone , purtroppo, tendono a rinunciare ai propri obiettivi. E' necessario in ogni caso di non arrendersi, e di andare più avanti per ricevere quello che desiderate. Se state per arrendervi - pensato di quello che avete ottenuto finora oppure andate sul Inernet per qualche motivazione in più.
